SIMPRO VENTURE STUDIO
Privacy policy
Last updated:
Simpro Global Pty Ltd, trading as Simpro Venture Studio (“we”, “us” or “our”), operates this website. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website and related enquiries. Products operated by our ventures have their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, email address, venture or company name if provided, venture stage, message and any subsequent correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential business material through the form.
Our hosting and analytics services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referral source, approximate location and visit times. Google Fonts also receives technical information when your browser requests the fonts used on this website.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, assess potential collaboration and manage our communications with you. Technical and usage information helps us operate, secure and improve the website and understand interest in our services. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
You can browse without submitting an enquiry. If you do not provide the required contact and enquiry details, we may be unable to respond or assess your request. You can contact us by email instead.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use Vercel to host the website, Resend to deliver enquiry emails, Zoho Mail for our business mailbox, and Google Analytics to understand website usage. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. These providers process information necessary to deliver their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed or stored outside Australia. Locations depend on the provider, account configuration and supporting services; Australian-only storage is not guaranteed. Contact us for information about the processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Further information is available in the privacy policies of Vercel, Resend, Zoho and Google.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics on the live website to measure visits and successful enquiries. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish visits and report usage. Our enquiry conversion event records that a submission succeeded; it does not include your name, email address or message. Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled in our website configuration.
Read how Google uses information from sites using its services. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on in supported browsers. Deleting cookies alone does not prevent new cookies being set on a later visit.
Storage, security and retention
Enquiries are transmitted through our email delivery service and held in our business mailbox and related correspondence. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. We use HTTPS for the website, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, ongoing discussions, legal obligations and the retention settings of our service providers. Contact us to request deletion of an enquiry. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons, and provider logs and backups may remain until their retention periods expire.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@simproglobal.com.au. Include enough detail for us to identify your enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless requested. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information.
We will review your request or complaint, seek further details if needed and explain our response and any limitations. If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for guidance on your rights and whether it can consider your complaint.
Updates
We may update this policy as our website or information handling changes. The date above identifies the current version.
